how bad is it for your body to take ibuprophen the next day after heavy drinking? i'm a pussy when it comes to hangovers so i always take one but not sure if the combination is destroying my liver or something
Acetaminophen will hurt your liver mixed with alcohol. Ibuprofen won’t. Ibuprofen will affect your upper gastrointestinal tract (stomach). You don’t want to take ibuprofen directly with alcohol because together they are even harder on the stomach than alone. It’s like drinking a bunch of bottle of hot sauce then downing a glass of vodka.

Taking the ibuprofen in the morning shouldn’t cause any problems, just eat something first.

The best solution is to not drink so much. Know your limit, get to a good point, and stop. Worked great for me for 25 years!

The best hangover preventation while getting is older is reducing your alcohol consum to a minimum or just stop.

I cant stand it to be down for 3 days after too much.

As a person that drinks alot due to different reasons.

A Tumeric shot.. With black pepper, makes your thyroid system deal with the alchol and it spares your liver.

"We found that curcumin protected the liver from damage caused by alcohol via modulating mitochondrial dysfunction.1 nov. 2019"
