Since both of these great shows are ending, I figured I'd make a thread about it...

First of all, I hope Chip & Kim win Amazing Race.

Secondly... Big Brother 5 is such a let down. Drew doesn't deserve to win. Nor does Cowboy. Two out of the four fricking horsemen made it to the final two. WTF. I guess I would want Cowboy to win. He's the lesser of two evils (well, neither of them are evil, but you get the point.) They both suck at the end of the day, though.

Since I like to bring something to the discussion when I post I'll say this:

I watched both shows, and while TAR had probably its best season yet, BB was a major letdown. None of the final 3 were interesting or worthy of winning. (Diana deserved to win actually...) Michael is a crybaby rat, and Drew just seems like a snake.

I hope Chip and Kim win tonight..but I wouldn't mind if anyone won tonight's Race. It's great that a new season is starting later this month!

She deserved to win more than those two. I would have preferred Karen, Will or Nakomis to win, but she would have been better than these two mooks. She made a lot of strategic decisions and didn't just sit back. She won more competitions and of the three played the best game.

BS! The only DECISIONS she made was to CONSTANTLY SWITCH SIDES!
She never stayed true to ONE group of people and now she wonders why people gave her the boot. She's a WEAK player, weaker than Cowboy.

The best player in the game this season was Marvin. He had no alliance but managed to stay in the game as long as he did. Plus, the expression on his face with his cigar hanging out of his mouth during nomination (and eviction) nights is worth a thousand words, and not to mention, fucking hilarious. :lol He looks like he's about to jump out at someone and tear their head off.

I say we get a stand alone Amazing Race thread...to keep the crapfest that is Big Brother away from the Two-Time Emmy Award Winning Reality Show.

What a shitty way to end a season, yes, we can forget about BB5.

They asked the dumbest questions (Lori, one of the best players, was not asked anything important).
Mike says Diane was the best player while Karen lied all the time, ha. Diane did more lying and backstabbing than Karen did. At least Karen stuck with her people. And, oh yeah, didn't lie as much! They spent way too much time talking to Jase and his airhead girlfriend, Holly. No props were given to Nakomis or Will. Jase insulted Will during the first five minutes and Marvin didn't hold back either. The whole thing was done in bad taste. The strongest players were ignored. Then Drew won, I guess that was to be expected. But Cowboy could use the money more than Drew.

And then, to top it all off, the last shot of the houseguests is covered up by Cowboy making out with his extremely large fiance. Couldn't see a damn thing past them!

Ah well, looking back the season was pretty entertaining. It just could've ended much better. With a lot better questions. The past four weeks of the show have been really crappy and the last show really put the icing on the cake.

Karen was annoying...she didn't do a damn thing, and often times purposefully didn't do things just so she could stay under the radar. I really hate the "under the radar" strategy. I think Nakomis played the best game...she was honest, yet still was competive, winning HOH and being bold enough to do what was needed. Her "6 finger plan" was great and saved a lot of the "hangers-on"'s asses. She also stayed free of petty personal squabbles.

The twins pushed too hard too soon...Adria put will up just because she wanted more fight out of him? If that's the damn case she should have also put up Karen.

The only time I liked Diana was when she stood up to Jase in the endurance challenge and did what was needed to be done to break up the 4 Horsemen, otherwise she was a clingy emotional tart.

Marvin played smart for the most part, but he was really on his own and sometimes his paranoia got the best of him.

Cowboy fucking sucks plain and simple...poor competitor, weird sense of loyalty(he never formed a bond/alliance with his sister even after the 4 horsemen were clearly over), and just out&out stupid(getting upset for Nakomis putting him on the block EVEN THOUGH HE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE OF LEAVING THAT WEEK)...he used that retarded reason to take Nakomis out over Diana. Too stupid to look past his actually being on the block and realize that it was an empty threat. Damn Bucket O'tears.

Jase's insulting of Will on live TV was just cruel.
They asked Lori NO questions. None. Oh wait, "Who do you think lied to you the most." Haha. Nothing about her friendship with Will and his alliance afterwards, how well she thought he did, etc.

Nothing about the twins.

Just Jase, Scott and Holly (WHO CARES), they got most of the time, but honestly, who gives a crap. Then there was Mike thinking Diane is the best player but somehow thinks Karen did more lying. What an idiot. Karen may have been less competetive and kissed a lot of butt, but she did not switch into a different alliance every week. Diane like took advantage of every alliance in that house. She lied more than Karen ever did. Whoever decided to let Mike have the final say about that was stupid.

Cowboy making out with his fiance was also very nasty.
