That's the thing that gets me too. WHY would anyone do this if they didn't have anything? Unless they start selling hats and shirts and stuff on the web today and stand to make a mint in the three days before this blows up in their faces.

You'd think hoaxters who got this far would sound... smarter.

They want website hits. They are also offering bigfoot tours for a $1000.

Haha, they're probably now FAMOUS in their hometowns. They're going to be able to get all the hot toothless Southern poon that they could ever want.

True, but these people have jobs apparent from this incident in addition to friends and family. Especially if the police officer's credibility is destroyed it could harm his job. Again, I'm NOT saying this is real, I'm just saying it's making me curious. Show me the pictures, show me the proof and shut the hell up talking about it!

Of the two guys that found the body, one worked for the local police department and the other was a correctional officer. At least locally these guys are upstanding citizens with integrity and a reputation to uphold just like anyone else.

And the guy who's been hunting Bigfoot since the 70's, this has been his livelihood for 30 years. If this turned up a hoax he'd basically be out of a job. They all have something to lose from this IMO

Hah, they showed two pictures, one of an up-close shot of the tongue/teeth and another of a far-far off shot of one walking upright.

Call me convinced. :lol
 
So what the hell? When are they going to ACTUALLY REVEAL the fucking body or give us something more than blurry photos and easily faked test results?

Stop wasting our time if you can deliver the goods. Else there's no sufficient evidence to warrant your claim.
 
I think they were just passing the pictures around, they weren't *actually* releasing the pictures. Sounds like they wanna sell those via their web site (which is currently down).
 
damn i thought gaf said it was supposed to be "the fake." just saw that this was on CNN but i didn't catch it.
