Biggest downgrades from initial reveal?

So, after the Watch Dogs downgradeaton fiasco that occurred today http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=780290 it got me thinking about other games that were disgustingly downgraded from their initial trailers.

These two come to mind: Aliens Colonial Marines, and Killzone 2 (to a lesser degree IMO).

What are some others games that looked mind blowing with their first trailer, but ended up being significantly downgraded in the end?

Pics/videos if you can find em!

Red Steel, the thread? I know Far Cry 3 got a great deal of hate for the lack of lush jungle environments that were initially shown.

Wasn't Bioshock Infinite a pretty big downgrade? Maybe not from a graphics standpoint but more in the gameplay? I didn't really watch much of it before it was released and bought the game and ended up liking it quite a bit but that seemed to be a huge complaint.

A downgrade in level design more than anything it seemed. The sky rail was ginormous.

Yeah, the first gameplay reveal had Booker interacting with the environment a lot more. It really funny playing that section in the game and seeing how much it changed.

Final Fantasy 13 (hated how they BS'd that so bad) and Bioshock Infinite (I wish skyhooking was as fun as they made it look)

Killzone 2? How? Unless you're talking about that CG teaser, the final game looks miles better than the first actual in-game footage.

I think everyone is waiting to see what the Division is gonna end up looking like, especially since it seems to have gone underground since E3.

EA's next-gen sports game. I really wanted to make my friend jealous with the new FIFA, but it ended up looking like the old ones.

I'll never forget Red Steel. The hype, the bullshots, the belief it was going to be a huge game for Nintendo...then it actually released.

I remember Ghost Recon Future Soldier's first trailer seemed to good to be true. Although maybe it was specified as a target trailer, can't remember.

I wonder what the developer/publisher list would look like if you broke out a bunch of games that were downgraded (at least technically-speaking) vs. a bunch that were upgraded.
