Heh Disney is very afraid of getting sued always. Had my niece trip and fall once, skinned her knee, and park employees were on us like a flash and acted like it was a medical emergency. Insisted we go see the park "nurse" to check it out and gave us all ice cream and such, wanting to escort us to any rides with my niece who was just fine in a wheel chair.
