Bunch of Criterion Blu Rays just went on sale on Amazon. They never go on sale, and they are still pricey. Just picked a few up ive been meaning to get for a while.

Best Buy just called to try and fulfill my Sony 3D monitor order... and the system wasn't letting them. I told them I'd call back Friday and see how things shake out (it'll auto-cancel on Saturday anyway)

I have my doubts, but you never know what'll show up in a warehouse somewhere.
 
You guys expect Boxing Day to have good deals in Canada? I'll be getting my TV then instead of now.

Though you aren't future predictors, so I don't know why I asked.
 
My friend bought a TV at Future Shop last year before Christmas and didn't see any significant sales on Boxing Day, I would expect maybe an extra $20-$50 in discounts maximum.

Check to see if there are any price guarantees.
 
Also Homeland dropped to 19.99 from 25 on amazon. I was gonna get it cause i didnt think it was going lower but glad i waited and snagged it today.

Anyone know of good Cyber Monday music sales coming up? Was checking amazon and their sales are kind of shit this year. Many of the albums on sale for 5-6$ this week were 99c earlier this year.

I need more music....

My BF 2012 was great (outside of me oversleeping and missing the $3.99 Iron Man deal on Ama-zion) and I didn't enter a single B&M.

I really spent an inappropriate amount of money this year on blus and games. But i worked a bunch of overtime recently so it kinda makes up for it. Needless to say my backlog grows so bad.

All Criterion is on sale still at BN.com for 50% off list price. Has been for weeks. Sale ends tomorrow I think. There is also a coupon for 30% off a single item for online and in store. Cheapest way to get anything Criterion.

Seems like they just applied the same prices here. Now i get Prime shipping though. They are all around 55% off.

but won't the shipping make it around the same?? I just printed the coupon and went to the store and paid 15.22 after tax for The Game on bluray. I think thats the cheapest I've ever gotten a criterion bluray for. May end up printing a second coupon and stopping by another store

I just ordered the Game too. That completes my Fincher Blu Ray collection until they port Panic Room.
 
Was a bit bummed I didn't see any deals for the Harry Potter Complete Blu-Ray set this year, then I saw Amazon UK has it for $35. Awesome.

Ugh, I'm about to lose my discounted vita since either amazon or my bank is fucking up when it comes to the payment. I've used this card many times to buy shit this weekend yet this one time they decide to decline. I'm not over any limit and there's plenty of funds yet I'm getting the same email from amazon every time they claim to try again. Wish these deals were in physical stores so I could just take cash and avoid these problems.

Seconded. Dysons are beasts and worth every penny. My wife and I used our wedding gift money a few years ago and got one and it is awesome. As strange as it sounds, using it makes you feel manly. It is just the power of the thing that makes you feel good.

My kids now fight over who gets to vacuum. It is great!
 
And Target is having a promo on the KitchenAid stand mixers all week. Those things kick serious ass. That was the other major purchase the wife and I made after the wedding, and those machines are beasts. You can make so many things, so easily with them.

Personal favorite thing to make with it: homemade marshmallow.
