stream over already?

they didn't show shit, should have expected it to be a useless waste of time I guess.

Anyone know what the combat engine (in terms of pace and movement) is comparable to? Is Bloodborne more closer Ninja Gaiden 1/2,Devil May Cry or something completely different?

Asking because the latest trailer seems to suggest combat is a lot faster than I previously remembered.

looks like Monster Hunter's dual blades in demon mode

I guess it's still closest to DeS/DaS1/DaS2; but with more mobility and quicker movement; it's still the same engine (if I`m correct).

The baby at the end of the trailer becomes the guy from
The Last Guardian
Shadow of the Colossus.

Aside: good that the best subtitle is winning but you guys better keep at it, that other nonsense is getting close.

We need a GIF of the monster crawling towards you in the theater. That's a nope moment if there ever was one.

Overall, it's still similar to Dark Souls, but faster paced with an emphasis on dual wielding weapons, lighter movement plus dashes instead of rolls while you are locked on.

I hope the game stays within a few fps of 30. The games can be hard, and having entire zones lingering near 20 was immensely frustrating.

I can't believe EU PSN won't make preloading available for Bloodborne. The wait to download is going to be agonising... bought a PS4 (mostly) for this game!

A little faster than a fast build in a Souls game. Maybe 25% faster.

I'm bummed to realize there are no offensive ranged options. There are the guns, but obviously those function very differently. I guess this is ok since the combat runs at a quicker pace. I only hope it feels varied enough through the different enemies.
yeah, you probably shouldn't expect something like this.

It is faster Souls with a focus on dodging instead of blocking

Game will be amaze but that trailer was weak as heck. Audio levels are all over the place as well as the escalation. Super slow beginning, then action, then a bunch of... Portraits? Then more action. Little odd.

The clips therein look great.

Wow. That was ... intense.

Well, now I kind of wish I hadn't seen that. It's going to make it hard for me to finish DA:I in the next few weeks.

lmao they're playing Demon's Souls now, the guy they summoned was spamming fire spray with a (probably) very high int. scrub tier strats
