I don't know where I would rank it, but I'm getting OoT feels playing this. I love the way it looks, the sounds and music, the gameplay, the level design and so on. I just hope that Bloodborne 2 is more like Uncharted 2 than Resistance 2.

Found them and love the look of them but never put them on in the end, the stats looked pretty bad compared to the starter gear so I passed on them. Still rocking that starter gear actually, I need to go through my gear soon and see if I found an upgrade. Well hidden though, if it wasn't for the crows below I'd have never seen it.

I finally beat *cainhurst boss spoiler*
after about 20 tries and a bunch of farming/buying of supplies, I eventually figured out his patterns, the limits and range of his attacks and
MAN WHEN YOU

when he does his huge power-up AOE thing you can backstab him and cancel it out. He then pretty much spends the rest of the fight unbuffed and he barely does his Sword summon trick. From there, I had enough spacing and confidence to learn his parry window for his attacks and it's easier than Gywn. Honestly this fight was pretty fun once I figured it out, and I got the same rush I got when I beat Gywn in DS1. So fucking good this game.

Get bhis fucking crown and put it on and all of a sudden BAM MORE CASTLE. THIS GAME. Cainhurst is also the coolest level in the game which isn't saying much because I think everything about this game is amazing, when you get to the Upper Cathedral and look out and see all the places you've been to and how it's all connected and open... fuck man. Thank you From Software.

I wish I had all day to play this game. I'm only just past boss 3 because I only can play about an hour a day on weekdays. I just started doing dungeons, and they are fucking awesome. Watching a friend on share play go through higher level dungeons is amazing. Soon much content!
Yeah, all the ones for this game are pretty hilarious. Doesn't show the killing blow or anything, shows the aftermath of you standing there.

Are the only illusory walls in Isz chalice, or are there some in Loran too?
BB made me excited to replay DS2 with that new update. I killed every boss solo in BB for the first in a Souls game so I really want to try that in DS2 (which is the game where I summoned the most in, basically every boss, I just couldn't be arsed at the time for some reason).
I still want my shields tho, mainly because I just love the impact of shields in those games. I'll definitely roll and dodge more I think. And use 2 hands which I never do and in BB did almost exclusively

Don't take Arianna's blood then. I think that is the trigger for the nun killing her.
If you killed Rom, you can access Paarl through the new Unseen Village, same way to get to him.

back up my save and then try to get the three endings by restoring my USB save each time.. And then I die after beating Gherman to keep the the sickle weapon do I still get the best ending when I finally beat the secret boss later on
She's never killed her in my 3 playthroughs, Arianna always
went downstairs and gave birth, waiting for me to kill her.

It might of been misinformation on the wiki then. If she lives w/ Arianna while still taking her blood then it's most likely the Bandage guy NPC that kills all the npc's in the ward that does it.
I spent a day and a bit on that boss. Got it done this afternoon, best strat for me was just keep baiting his head attack, dodge out, dodge in and swipe. The head attacks can combo sometimes, I think the animation for a followup headswipe is his mouth like quivering a bit. Keep careful of his charge, leap, and the big AoE explosions he does to repair.
