My friend wanted to started a fund.
The whole purpose is to collect money to purchase movie licenses so the movies aren't made.

What would Sean Connery do in The Matrix or LOTR? Did he specify what he was going to do? See, I just can see him as Neo (that's Will Smith :lol) or Morpheus... though that would be hilarious. In LOTR who would he be?

As far as I know, he was offered both Morpheus AND Gandolf roles, and turned them both down cuz he thought they'd both fail. I felt so bad watching him talk about it, cuz he came off as a puppy-- he was just so CLUELESS. I mean, I can understand both I guess. Matrix you've got two brothers who want complete control over a sci fi movie about how computers rule the world. LOTR you've got a fresh director without a whole lot of experience asking you to set aside six years of your life to move to new zealand just to film and edit, etc.

But then to lunge at League of Extroadinary Gentlemen?
