Depends on the heart attack. there are different ones.

If multiple blood vessels are blocked around your heart u die, u probably wake up before tho., or if you are on time in the hospital, they saw you open and fix it.

If you have what he has a small block he sleeps perfectly fine and wakes up, which means that when he gets active he goes out most likely through lack of blood being pumped around ( dizzyness / tired ) to getting blackout and getting super tired + everything tires you out. U go to hospital they put some thing in your arm/leg blood vessel and they fix it within a hour. probably have to stay for a day or two to see if everything is alright and there is no heart damage.

What’s cool about interventional radiology is how many types of devices can be deployed this way. Typically you’ll at least have the site of the blocked artery dilated with an angioplasty balloon, but you can also use atherectomy devices to help remove what’s blocking the vessel, or deploy stents which act as a sort of scaffolding to keep the vessel open after you’ve ballooned it. But more and more devices are being created all the time for cancer treatments, fistula creation, etc. which can all just be introduced through the vasculature instead of open surgery.

Anyway, glad Bob is doing ok. I got a pit in my stomach when I first saw the news. Glad it was relatively minor.
