bomba paper mario 2 = $20 @ ebgames.com

While not without it's faults (nintendo loves backtrack!) this is a clever, funny game that should not be passed on for $20. Seriously, it's easily worth the money.

Gah. I paid $50 for this and still haven't played it. I don't really mind, because I got it during the TRU buy 2 get 1 free deal, and this is one of my favorite series in games, but I really should get around to playing it.

Fuck. I just bought this at EB 2 damn days ago for $29.99 and just tossed my receipt. Asshole at the store even told me that it was going back to $49.99 on Monday. On top of that, turns out the game was "EB New" which means some fat fuck clerk took it home to play for a few days and left his greasey fingerprints all over the bottom of the disc. Hmmm, I guess I got owned, but fuck EB.

The game is easily worth $20. There is a lot of backtracking but the dailogue is good and it's pretty funny as well. The battle system also stays fresh throughout the whole game.

EB doesn't have an employee checkout policy, unless something has changed in 2 months. My old boss never mentioned it though, and he's the kind of guy that would.

I picked this up for $30 last week, I'm just glad I didn't pay $50.
Apparently there's an in-store flyer with a $20 MIR also.

This is rediculous. I have only played halfway through Tales of Symphony. I still have Baten Kaitos and Star Ocean 3 UNOPENED. Now I can't resist this sale.

I need to quit my job. It's taking up too much time. :)

Awesome :D I couldnt find a copy last november and gave up when I lost intrest. $20 is a great price. My copy has been ordered :)

Nope, no checkout policy, hasn't been in at least over 2 years, and not sure there ever was one. And why is it that it's always a "fat fuck" clerk with "greasy" fingers? Its not fucking McDonalds.

All I know to is I bought Mario Golf 'NEW' at Gamespot and took it home and a game was already started on it. Seriously I hate EB and Gamespot, I try not to go there whenever possible. Most because they try to pawn off shitty used games and preorders and gamer cards and whatever else.

I can't vouch for Gamestop either way, as I don't have any near me, but I know that things like that are not even remotely allowed, let alone store policy, in either EB Games i've worked at.

sweet! i've been meaning to get this game.
even awesomer that ebgames has $1.52 super saver shipping.
too bad I had to pay tax, but the total was still about $23. Much cheaper than I expected. :)

Worth the $50 ($40?) I paid for it. But buy this game either way, it has the demi seal of approval.

Except the last fight. That doesn't.

For those of you who fucking complain about "backtracking" -- SHOVE IT. The backtracking takes like 5 minutes MAX, just use the pipes in the sewers.

The amount of backtracking and fetch quests in this game is incredible. It was fun at first, but quickly turned into a boring chore. I took all the determination I had to get myself to beat it. I never want to play it ever again.

Nice! For once my plans of pseudo-restraint have come to tasty fruition. PM2 GET.

How was there a game on it? Unless there is a gameboy version of Mario Golf?

I can't believe people complain about this. I've only played Paper Mario, but having to go back and revisit earlier places was one of my favorite aspects of the game - especially since you know, it reminded me of similar elements in Zelda and Metroid.

this price is in store today as i just bought it a hour ago. the only think i wonder why the hell i drove 15miles when there was a store a block away from my house. fuckin shit i say

I doubt you can really consider it a flop if it already sold past 1 million units world wide and its only been out like 6 monthsish. Heh, thats 1 in every 20 gamecubs.

it saddens me that Luigi is just a joke in this game. swear he is the new Rodney Dangerfield.

Luigi:"Mesa get no respect-a!!"

PAPER LUIGI: 7 SACRED MEATBALLS! where art thou?!!!?!!1!1!

Awesome. Some of the boss battles rocked especially the music too. Did every boss have their own boss music? I loved the pit trials, man was that tough.

I loved the train boss, SPORG was it? The music kicked serious ass during that boss fight.
