Whenever you move it incrementally drops the horizontal resolution

Dynamic resolution scaling is supported for the main scene, reducing the horizontal resolution incrementally. I think this is the FPS most suited to portable play, yeah it's late but I think it's a smart pick and it'd be cool if BL3 was also going to come out on Vita.
