Boston: One dead, one captured, city re-opened

how come there is no images of them planting the bombs?

surely there must be one camera that got this.

Actually, that one one of his points.
Mike Adams said:
• No images or video of this person placing any bomb on the ground

• No acknowledgement of the existence of the “Craft” military spooks who all carried large backpacks at the marathon and were found moving away from one of the bombs just minutes before it went off

• No apology from the mainstream media for its week-long rampage against “right-wing extremists” who it vilified as the probable bombers

• No explanation for why it takes thousands of heavily-armed police, armored assault vehicles and federal agents to find and arrest one teenager

• No reply from the FBI on just how much the FBI controlled and manipulated these suspects over the last few years, as has been described by their mother.

• No legal justification for the “lockdown” martial law declaration that has been illegally forced upon the people of Boston

But don’t hold your breath on any of this. The last thing the public would ever get in any of this would be real answers.

I think all of those points are pretty easily explained, Mike.

1. I believe the FBI did say they had surveillance footage of one of them actually placing a bomb. I don't really see why the FBI would release that footage while the manhunt was still on or why they'd release it at all. I'm sure it will get shown in court.

2. "The Craft" guys were most likely private security for the event. I think there were some more pressing matters at hand than pictures of security dudes. Surely there were a number of people who walked away from the bombs "minutes before" the blasts. I mean, duh. Of course people were walking away from the blast area before it happened. Are all of those people suspects as well?

3. First off, Alex Jones himself was blaming SEALS and white dudes at first. Second off, "probable" isn't the same as "possible", and "possible" suspects included just about every group you can think of. In no way did the media spend the week talking about how it must be a Tea Party guy. Domestic terrorist doesn't automatically mean Tea Party right wing gun nut.

4. It takes a lot of people for a man hunt. Especially one that is for a heavily armed guy who bombed the Boston Marathon a few days prior, killed a cop the night before, and threw bombs out of his car like the Joker in LEGO Batman.

5. Wat

6. Again, a dude who bombed and killed 3 people on Monday, had a shoot out with cops, and was still in possession of fire arms and explosives was hiding somewhere in the area. It seems like a pretty good idea to tell people to stay the fuck in their houses while that guy is somewhere in the area.

Conspiratorial thinking really demonstrates its irrationality with one fell swoop when your entire "theory" being completely dismantled is interpreted as proof that you were right all along.

so when they found him in the boat they started shooting at him?

did any of those bullets hit him? or was those injuries he had on him from the previous gun fight where his brother died?

This may be incorrect, but I heard a report that they used rubber bullets to soften him up and scare him out. Since they had him surrounded I bet they had a live sniper right on him in case they needed it.

I totally agree that this was a set up. No way that any human being would do such horrible things. Clearly only the government, run by reptiles from outer space, would try to bomb its own citizens. This conspiracy must be exposed.

I am not a conspiracy theorist. I just wanna know why those images were not released.

You wanna watch a bunch of people get blown to pieces?

unless you're talking about pictures of them dropping the backpacks? In which case I know there's at least one photo out there of white cap standing behind a backpack already on the ground, with Martin Richard standing one or two feet to the left.

You seem to be going the "sleeper cell" route. Is this what you really believe?

It's just the generalized approach that all terrorists take, both in cells, and lone wolves. Stay low, blend in, and then attack in the lull. I'm not saying these animals were trained in directly in person, I'm saying they easily could have read "the handbook" and extrapolated the info they needed.

I remember once I ill-advisely drank an entire pot of coffee in one morning and it resulted in a weird paranoid trip that lasted for hours. I constantly checked the front door because I couldn't shake the feeling that someone was outside, trying to get in. That's why I feel sorry for these InfoWars conspiracy nuts - it must suck to feel that way ALL THE TIME.

It sure is an easy way to find out who failed their reading comprehension classes when they start quoting infowars

I hope you comprehend that I quoted it for the lulz because it is so silly and ridiculous. But these dudes also kept talking about how the latest government meme is that right wing PATRIOTS are teaming up with Al Qaeda to bomb stuff, so they can get us used to it when right wingers get set up for stuff. I guess I don't really watch a lot of TV anymore, but on what shows is this meme being spread? I haven't seen anything with that team up, yet the Alex Jones types say it is all over movies and television.

Was watching Fox Boston live stream while listening to the police scanner the entire day and it was awesome.

Glad they caught him and glad they caught him alive.

Can't wait to see what he says, if he survives.

Conspiratorial thinking really demonstrates its irrationality with one fell swoop when your entire "theory" being completely dismantled is interpreted as proof that you were right all along.

Add on to that intellectual dishonesty. That's what the loophole you're describing is -- "any evidence against my conspiracy was planted there by the government; any evidence for my conspiracy was them slipping up. And a lack of evidence further proves that the conspiracy actually happened."

Conspiracy theorists will often say this all in one breath, failing to realize that they're essentially saying the government is brilliant and stupid at the same time. So, the government managed to cover most of the conspiracy up, but was lax enough to leave behind a trail of "evidence" that the theorists and only the theorists are capable of seeing? Of course, the bigger problem is that that line of thinking is bulletproof. There's no way of disproving a conspiracy theory -- again, any evidence against it was simply planted by the government, and so on.

I stopped taking pleasure out of conspiracy theories a long time ago when I realized that most people who believe in them fall under two categories: either a) naive and lazy (often more lazy than naive), or b) mentally ill (excessively paranoid or manic, for instance). That's not a joke -- I mean that sincerely. I think the majority who believe in conspiracy theories likely fall under the first class and are just too lazy to do their own research. They hear, "Why are there no stars in the Apollo moon photos?" and they might initially accept that as evidence that the photographs were probably faked. In most cases, they won't do their own research to check it out. But you only have to point out that it was daytime on the moon for people to realize that 'no stars' argument is silly at best and utterly asinine at worst -- the cameras were set for normal daylight exposure, and so on.

Just read the latest article on CNN. It's pretty hilarious the older brother was alive enough that a couple of officers were handicuffing him when junior gunned the gas and ran him over (trying to strike the officers). Fitting end on that one.

So hungover. The city was insane tonight. Huge outdoor parties everywhere. I was publically drinking on commonwealth and shaking cops hands.

There was a massive amount of people celebrating at the Common. There's this huge gazebo there and it was full. I was inside it at one point. So much fun. The cops were loving it too.

Yeah I heard from a friend that that the city was pretty alive lastnight. Good for y'all. :)

You. You were publicly drinking and shaking cops hands? You? hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Just read the headline NYT article. With this newfound spirit of cooperation between Washington and Moscow, it'll be very interesting to see what info the Russian gov't provides regarding Chechen links. Given the self-interest, I expect to hear a lot of that from them (as well as from that dynamic duo Graham and McCain).

Someone actually once countered my 'daytime on the moon' argument with 'then how come the sky wasn't blue?! Huh?! Huh?!'

I've heard similar crazy responses. I heard one person ask "why the astronauts never saw nighttime when they were on the moon." I was like, hold on, I've got to write that down.

To be fair, I guess most people don't realize that the moon is tidally locked with the Earth, though that really should be something that everyone knows.

On the not so positive side, Russia will keep running a train on Chechnya (maybe even more harshly than before) and nobody in America will find the spirit to bat an eye.

Well done, fucktards.

Yup, I totally agree. Moscow will use this to further their own agenda as much as they can.

Goddamit! This Boston Marathon case stinks to high heaven, where's the bloody evidence? One suspect so conveniently dead, and the other an adolescent with spots on his face! Go ahead, let the News spin it, all shall swallow it like September 11th, bullox!

And he shared this https://m.facebook.com/?refsrc=http...76348858.200600.120984578858&__user=507296184

Lew Rockwell said:
The empire has invaded the homeland--the chickens have come home to roost, as Malcolm X put it--with more than a million people ordered to cower in their homes. Businesses, schools, universities, public transport are all ordered to close. All homes and other property can be searched without warrants. By what authority? Blankout, as Rand used to say. Army-style police, and a police-style army, combined with various secret police forces from the feds, state, and city, stomp around in total control, loving it. We have enhanced martial law, accompanied by media cheers. It's American fascism on display, with the usual crony capitalism operating behind the scenes. Domestic terrorism so benefits the internationally terroristic government

Yup. Although the people on the ground should have realized this was going to be the end game when they decided to align with Muslim extremists. I guess they figured the US wasn't helping them against Russia anyways. But now Putin is going to use this to pull a George W on them.

How convenient for Putin
