anyone here that can explain to me how the fuck they are getting photos from our private photocollection??

I have NOT had these photos uploaded anywhere, nor have I sent them by email or recieved them by email....

they been on my camera and then on my computer.

they are on break.com as I am writing this.... no she is not a whore and she is at home crying because of this, its not the first time this shit happens, 2 months ago break.com had another photo of her showing titties!

they deleted it after I sent them an angry email telling them I would take legal actions against them if they didnt takedown that photo so they did

on some other photos there are private persons who uploaded it seems... but on these photos it says Break.com as source

this thing reads like it was made up. How could they know where these photos are to then steal them. I'd suspect her/you or whoever accesses the pc.

I would say no. To think that someone "hacked" you or in some fancy way got hold of your pictures is unlikely. Either you, the girl or one of your friends etc has posted, uploaded, stored these pictures where you shouldn't have.

And which pics is it? Break.com is a mess.

I doubt they hacked her computer. Think logically: There are probably gigabytes of pictures on you're average guy's computer. Do you believe they systematically hack into random people's private computers and then upload all their jpg files and then filter through them by hand? I doubt it.

Well, if there's no physical interaction that you know of, it has to be at least one of these scenarios:

1) Someone you know is periodically checking your PC for this shit
2) Someone she knows is periodically checking her PC for this shit (Landlord? I'm not joking)
3) She's sent the pics to someone else and is so emotionally torn up she won't tell you.

YOU'd say #3 is unthinkable, but I bet you she's overreacting simply because she can't trust the guy she's cheating on anymore. I've been on the receiving end of these kinds of photos before, it's not uncommon.

At this point, if you're honest with yourself, you need to look at the simplest answer:
She sent them to someone she shouldn't and doesn't want to admit it.

Listen, the odds of someone breaking into your computer remotely and stealing pics are remote, very remote.

Here are some other explainations:

- Sister did it
- GF sent them to someone else
- A "friend" in either location was snooping on the computer and either a grudge or the "thought it would be funny" to post them


You have to ask yourself who has a grudge against her?

And how did you guys find them on break.com? Who knows you go there?

This is an inside job not some anon hacker script kiddie...

It's highly unlikely they got online by accident. The economics of getting random pictures from random computers and filtering them to find an one-in-a-million nugget of gold do not add up to the potential value.

Also, the fact that someone broke in does not make any sense at all, considering the burglar would need to spend time going through the computer which is risky time spent.

You are looking at two options basically

- The girl uploaded the pictures herself and is now crying because she found out that someone found out and would tell you and you'd be pissed at her

- Some of her friends uploaded the picture during a party at her place, which would mean that your girlfriend would have shown around pictures of her titties, otherwise how could they know

In either case, your girl is responsible.
 
If said gallery is somewhere posted on the internet, and this is the internet... its everywhere by now. :/

See, what's sad is how often I've seen the lie work. Because women are emotional, they can hide behind that. The guy gets caught off guard and because the girl is crying, he assumes her innocence. But the reality is that she isn't crying because of pictures, but rather she is almost caught cheating.

To stop pictures from leaking you kind of have to identify the leak. Who has access to the computer, who usually posts pics online etc etc and try to figure it out.

When the pics are posted though. It's pretty much to late to do anything. Stuff on the net has a nasty ability of getting copied to lots and lots harddrives as soon as it gets uploaded. After that it's impossible to contain it.
