Nothing is safe on the internet, seriously. Most likely the ex did it for whatever reason, but maybe even your gf uploaded it somewhere a long time ago, even a private Photobucket account isn't safe.

Considering the fact that it appears as though all of the girl pictures on that site are of model quality, it's safe to assume this thread is entirely fabricated, unless the OP has taken nude pictures of his girlfriend at a professional studio.
