In celebration of Steam Next Fest: October 2025 Edition, we are releasing a combat demo for Broomstick Exorcist! Grab your broomstick (using your controller, of course), and get ready to bash mischievous spirits with our favorite insomniac street sweeper.

About the Combat Demo

This contains a bite-sized combat demo that will serve as a core foundation for the future release. Some highlighted features are:

• 1 Level exclusive non-story mission with unique enemies and bosses.
• Unlockable abilities from the start.
• Take the Broomstick Exorcist with you on the go, as this combat demo is playable on Steam Deck.

Broomstick Exorcist is a supernatural Beat 'em up game set in a hand-drawn 2.5D manga-esque monochromatic world. In it, you fight various ghosts and demons inspired by Asian urban myths, immersing you in a world that feels like it's ripped straight from the pages of a black-and-white manga.

Can't complain about the female protagonist when the weapon is a broom

I played the demo. Sad to say but the gameplay isn't there yet. The animations and visuals are great!

Can't complain about the female protagonist when the weapon is a broom

Her sweeping with the broom is actually a feature in the gameplay!

There's a chance she'll do the dishes in the full version.
