hey all,
I'm generally not one to seek out technical help, but this one's got me stumped--I've just finished building a home theater PC running Windows media center 2005, one that outputs directly to my HDTV through my radeon card (9800 pro). only problem is, every time I try to play a DVD (using powerdvd 6, which is compatible with WMCE), I get the good old "cannot play a copyrighted disc with TV out enabled". The fucked up thing is, I'm not really USING TV-out (I'm using the ATI DVI to component converter!). I've tried everything, and at this point, I'm totally stumped. any idea how to get around this? I can't seem to find a fix anywhere.
