a) in some quarters it is assumed that Kerry's campaign manufactured those memos for CBS. This video would be the "another" part.
b) I've seen it. I want to know why he thinks that anyone shouldn't believe this. The words are coming from their mouths, at a live event, taped and shown to the world. What part of it should not be believed?
