The law had drawn some controversy because it broadly says that anyone who has even one copy of an unreleased film, software program or music file in a shared folder could be subjected to prison terms and fines of up to three years. Penalties would apply regardless of whether that file was downloaded or not.

How do they go about enforcing these laws? Using the Patriot Act to cross our personal privacy and then sue us to whatever they find? Too bad they can't abuse the Patriot Act anymore and now have a real law to get TEH PIRATES!! Oh well, I STILL LIVE IN CANADA!!! HAHA.

Yes. Hundreds of people that work on that filmed , and didn't get paid, died fom starvation cause he uploaded that movie to other peieces of crap who are too good to pay for a movie.
