Kodak, not moving into digital photography.

It always comes down to management being out of touch and refusing to update their business model or being LTTP.
 
Target in Canada, that's a classic
I'll see if I can find a Kodak one. It's an interesting business case. Apparently they had digital camera technology in advance of others but if they pursued it, they knew their film business would get devastated. So they simply waited it out for the big Japanese electronics companies to do it, clinging to the old but profitable business.
