This guy causes chaos, had a city scared and doesn't give a fuck. Revels in his destruction.

The guy is balding and wears glasses. This man was terrifying .

Other 80s antagonists don't compare, maybe Hans Gruber.

Darth Vader? Some space wizard with cheap magic tricks and a glowing walking stick, nah mate.

Terminator? Just a robot doing a one off job and fails.

Clubber Lang? A bum off the street.

Dick Jones and cohaagen? Just a suit.

Best 80s villain was Hans Gruber from Die Hard

For me, it will always be the original Predator. Kevin Peter Hall did an amazing job with the physical performance. Without any lines of dialogue, he managed to create an iconic character that overshadowed a huge star like Arnie.

Has Gruber is certainly great though.

I would also have said Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct, but that was 1992.

The documentary on Robocop that interviews the actors that play the evil guys is hilarious how they just add bits to be menacing.

That documentary was amazing. I hope they can do that for some other movies.

Whatever happened to that "The movies that made us" show? The toys they kinda exhausted i think, but waaaaay more movies they could do.

Yeah, Clarence terrified me when I was a kid. He reveled in being a savage. Still unsettles me when I watch Robocop.

Runner-up Bolo. Only 5'6 but the shot him to look like a monster. Dude didn't give a fuck.
