I got a question and since I'm still a Junior Member I can't open a new thread(I dont even know if this is even worth its own thread).
What is a good price for a used PS3 (Model doesn't matter)? I never owned one and really want to play Demon Souls.

cowboom is a bestbuy site actually and is legit it's where I got my second vita, my 3dsxl and ps4 from.
if you go to buy from them make sure to read what you are buying before you get it though. A good number of them will be missing something such as a controller. also read the damages. In general they over exaggerate any damages (if they say deep scratch on front typically it's actually only a light barely noticeable scratch) for more info the cowboom thread on CAG is a great resource.
Alternatively you can check to see if your local thrift stores have any sort of video game events. I work for a thrift store chain in my area and they have video game events where they sell a ton of video game stuff, and often have a number of 360/ps3 that they sell for around $40. I've been told that these past few months they have had a huge increase in the number of ps3/360 donated and thus there should be a ton of them on sale this time. but of course YMMV with this as I don't know if any other places do stuff like this beyond my area.
Lastly, if you are just wanting to play a single game, I would check with my friends to see if I could borrow their ps3 for a bit (especially if they upgraded to a ps4) if they are being stingy and don't own demon's souls offer to let them keep the game after you are done with it.
Average price is about $150 US. I'd check out local thrift stores and Craigslist.
I often forget about craigslist but that is also a good recommendation. Consoles cost like $15 to properly ship and thus if you can find a local deal you can likely pay less.
