Are you sure? There seems to be no region locks for keys on the registry for keys, so it should be fine and region free(despite any warning on the nuveem store page)

I'm not entirely sure, but it would not activate when I was on my connection in USA, so I Bought a steam key and wanted to make a bit back from the 28 I spent on it.
