Correct me if I'm wrong but the PS+ are valid across North America, but the currency is default for the country. So an American PSN $$ can't be redeemed for Canadian PSN $$.

So you might want to change that :)

Pre-installed. Weird. I'm fairly sure when I got one for my wife in 2012 it came with the cart and case. Maybe I'm imagining things.

Hmm. Maybe it was 2011 and I bought her the cart and system separately.

Edit: I found an email from July 2013 where I talked about getting it in December 2011. Funny that they ended up selling a bundle of the same color and game a year later, then, I suppose. Anyway, mystery solved, yay.

I get that it's annoying when people don't follow the rules, but thats a pretty harsh reaction. Not a very welcoming sign for first time traders.
