This is something that's come across my mind recently, especially now with the NBA playoffs so I figured I'd ask GAF on their opinion.

There are many teams that suffer from this but my top 3 right now now are:

I've never seen so many Golden State fans before until they started winning.

I've personally met some people who Patriots fans just because they're a team who keeps winning.

So many Alabama fans from different walks of life and most of them don't really pay attention to college football until it's close to the end of the season.

What do you say GAF?

Living in Connecticut, you have the majority of the state not paying attention to Baseball for like 90% of the season, and then all of a sudden becoming "Die-Hard Yankee Fans"™ if they're in contention.

Basically any teams that are consistently winning will have bandwagon fans.

The ones who have been the most successful recently obviously, which you covered in the OP. No one is gonna bandwagon the Knicks or Browns
