I just got my PS5 Slim and I went to buy a game. It keeps giving me an error saying I’m not connected to PSN. But I’ve checked my internet and everything is doing fine. I’ve also reset passwords, rebooted the PS5, all with no luck.

Have any of you guys run into this problem? I really need a fix for this.

Click on the test network connection option in settings. Check what it shows.
