I have a door. I need this door to be closed by whatever human uses it.

I'm imagining a gadget you put on the door and on the wall, where an alarm sounds every time the door gadget and the wall gadget aren't connected. I feel like I've seen weird infomercials where a gadget like this is put on windows to alert / scare would be burglars from entering your home.

Does anything like this exist?

Is this for child safety? Like letting you know if a small one escapes on opens a door? If so, I have the ones the poster a couple above posted. I use them on the doors for my grandchildren and on the windows as alarms. There are also sensors available that alert your phone right away, if you want that.
