Not just seen, if they hear you doing it in a public place. Then They have Probable Cause to search RV, unless it is at an RV park, then I dont think the cops would do anything.

This is true. A dick cop gave me a bullshit ticket one time, and I knew it, so when I went to my court appointment the assistant DA said, "Yeah, were just going to drop this, you can go now". What a waste of time.

Define "wrongly given a ticket". I'm sure they didn't just say "you were whistling too loud." Just because you were not guilty or could be proven guilty of a crime doesn't mean that an officer can just 'make something up' and give you a ticket.

Yes, still legally lewd conduct in public. The only way you can get away with it is if you could not be seen or heard and the officer would have to perform a search in order to find out if you were engaging in an act (that search would be illegal).

He was just searching for a reason to give a ticket, as he said we were going a bit "fast" and that our seatbelts looked like they were just put on. None of which was true.

And people get tickets for bogus speed limit claims all the fucking time. Cops make shit up and give out tickets. It happens. You go to court to contest, the cop ususally doesn't show up and live to get pulled over another day.

Uh, you should be able to beat that - EASILY. The ticket should list the intersection or area where the alledged crime took place. If there wasn't a light for about a mile then get a jury trial and plead before the court. That STILL wouldn't be giving you a ticket for anything. You can only get a ticket for breaking an actual law. A police officer can't make up a new law on the spot.

There's not much difference, you're just being extremely technical. If you didn't commit a crime, that cop would in actuality be creating a crime that you're not guilty of.
