Anyone remember the old Xbox Live Indie Games section on 360? That was some USDA certified Esolp.

It was a sub-Newgrounds wasteland of indie trash. Revisiting some of those will make a modern Unity asset swap look like a masterpiece.

I think the number of threads about this being an issue on PSN in particular shows people are well aware of this as a problem.

The main reason those games are in main page is basically because the low number of AAA and AA games launched in January. Sony order their list by sales by default
