All the people who made that game are dead now. Best to blot that gaming era from your memory. Their bodies litter the ground by that lone office window. They decided to jump rather than work on JP baseball games. Although a few may have been shuffled to other Sega divisions. They will be resurrected through the Miziguchi Q-tristone, or not, since the Miz ain't exactly Mr. Smilebit, and well the exact identity of Mr. Smilebit is still in a fog due to Sega reorganization after the buy out, at least to those of us across the pond. Maybe one of those ZD people knows whats ups, ehs? or one of the USA to JP transplants...? Or some japanophile stranded in the mid west...?

not sure i want a sequel to saga yet, lately it's Phantasy star and shining serie + sakura serie. I think the best would be to finish those, then do a new Sky of Arcadia, then a sequel to Saga each time with full ressource and marketing behind it one at a time.
Personaly i think sega have enough licence to do only one game per generation. I like to have 2 sometime as a sequel usually is the better game as they can fix gameplay problem. But if they do yearly release series goes down hill.

I don't want an Orta 2, or Saga 2, or NiGHTS 2 or Gunstar Heroes 2. Why? Cuz the Sega of today will fuck it up. Time to let the past rest.

Panzer Dragoon was a premier brand on Saturn, especially in Japan. I don't doubt Orta would've at least doubled it's sales if it were a PS2 game, Xbox simply didn't have enough JP market to support this game. And JP focused game should skip Xbox unless it wants to damage it's brand beyond repair.6.8 said:

I remember GAF's rage when Sega told that PDO was not a new Panzer RPG but a shooter, a shooter for Xbox! Aww, such a good time to be here, one day Sega was the best company ever and one week after people wanted to burn down the whole company :lol
