Either MOV or Daigo present a problem to Infiltration. MOV made Infil look free last time and Daigo has gotten the better of Infiltration the last two times. I think that's his toughest matchup before top 8 even if Mago is better overall than Daigo and MOV. If he can beat either of Daigo or MOV (perhaps KBrad gets by both), then he'll have a strong chance of going further than top 8.

Infiltration - Mago is a match I look forward to, should they both win their first match. Last time Infil picked Balrog against him (and got 3-0d iirc) and I want to see what he would try now.

It's just a bad strategy. At this point I bet players are going to start thinking it's a waste to travel so much just to get into Capcom Cup. You most likely won't win that money back because it's incredibly difficult to make top 8. All of Capcom Cup competitors getting paid gives more incentive to make Capcom Cup.
