trailer kind of makes me wish they dumped everybody but bucky, cap and widow tbh. those personal stakes look great. like this looks like a damn good comic book movie until the whole team vs team stuff in the latter half of the trailer.

This is how action scenes should be shot. Steady shots and no quick cuts every second. Beautiful.

Looks pretty good -- Not a lot of footage obviously, and what's here seems to be missing the massive scope of the actual Civil War storyline (both in terms of theme and sheer scale). The trailer feels surprisingly intimate, which might be a great thing for the film itself, but strikes me as a wonky choice for adapting this particular story.

This shot is essential to giving Tony 10000x more legitimate motivation than he ever did in the comic Civil War.
Daniel Bruhl's Zemo will end up having some world ending plot they'll have to fix in the climax. It's Marvel bro, they won't stop at anything short of the world being destroyed.

The Russo's are incredible at action. Their fight scenes are SO INTENSE and the hand to hand stuff feels very impactful and brutal
They're only slightly adapting that story more than AoU adapted the Age of Ultron story. It's the name and basic premise of Cap and Iron Man splitting the team and that's it.
