Click to expand... One of chases I watched, the "expert" on the phone said they tack on an additional charge for every single traffic violation. So they get screwed majorly.

People routinely go 50-60 mph on surface streets even on a crowded day where you're driving bumper to bumper. Makes driving stressful.
