B Brandon F Well congratulations! You got yourself caught! Jun 22, 2005 #1 About to update to 5.6 drivers, but do I need this Catalyst Control Center? I've never bothered downloading it in the past, opted for the vanilla drivers instead. What advantages are there to getting this?

L Lhadatt Member Jun 22, 2005 #3 Download the non-Control Center drivers, the package with the Control Panel. Control Center is a craptastic .NET application that drains resources. And third-party drivers? Unless you mean stuff like Omega, just download the original ATI stuff.
