Celeste Pizza Appreciation Thread

Hahaha. YES! I bought 8 boxes (hey, they were on sale) 4 days ago. Down to the last box: four cheese. Mmmm...

I like Ristorante personally, though I've never tried Celeste.

I rarely have these brand pizzas anyway, too expensive.

Unfortunately, Celeste pizza isn't distributed in Minnesota, so I can only eat in when I come down here to Miami for Winter Break every year. :(

I send them emails like weekly begging them to distribute to minnesota

Their pizzas are awesome. Pretty decent in terms of health, too.

Except for the 1150 mg of sodium. :lol

Home Run Inn >>> Other frozen pizzas.

Too bad they sold like shit down here, (except to me, apparently), and they stopped distributing them here. >_<

Celeste is good. The local grocery store usually has dollar deals for each. I'm also a big fan of Totino's/Jeno's frozen pizzas. So generic yet so good.

Celeste is awesome, I can't get enough of that stuff. I'm wondering though, do they sell large family size versions of the pizza? In markets I only see the little 1 person ones.

Urgh.

I used to be addicted to celeste pizza. I went about 2 months where I lived almost solely off of celeste pizza, water, and vitamen pills. It was heaven.

Unless they changed the recipe, Mama Celest is HORRIBLE. Last time I ate that filth was 5 years ago, ugh. Like cardboard

DiJorno, Tony's and Red Baron rock.

Mama Celeste is utter crap.

Bah. If you need frozen pizza - which is the equivalent of military emergency rations even as far as a college diet goes - the best pizza is Elio's. Yes, it tastes like cardboard, but there's something about the painfully artificial tomato sauce and the cut-rate mozzarella that actually makes it taste good.

I never buy it, though. Oh man, I never buy it. It's one of those rare things that, even if I were full, I'd find a reason to keep eating it. It's crack in a box.

Home Run Inn are, indeed, pretty fucking great. And, hey, no partially hydrogenated oils! A little pricer, but completely worth it.

I love the four cheese, and their pepperoni pizza is among the few pepperoni pizzas I actually like. I particularly like being able to get a crispy crust in the microwave. MY closest publix has them for 3 for $4 and occasionally for $1 apiece. The only thing I like more out of the microwave are squishy frozen eggrolls.

I ate a stack of them with a friend while playing Ico-awesome night.

Tombstone pepperoni, thin crust for me.

Heated until golden brown, with puddles of grease sitting on top.

I'm old school I guess.
