Hey euro gaf, I've recently gotten rid of my 360 and I have 2 12 month Xbox live cards that the store wouldn't take. I don't know if this is the right place to put this but I'm pretty sure they only work in Europe or maybe just the UK. £15 Each, let me know if you'd like one.

I'll take one.

I'm going to give it to Starok and Vinterbird ( he was first to inquire even if he wasnt first to ask for one) I'll PM you my Paypal details.

This is a big ask as I've done some searching..

Anything on Okami (Wii)? I can't find it anywhere for less than £50.. =/

Coolshop have it for order but it is out of stock for £19.20, the only issue is will it ever come back in stock.

I swear its been 2 for £30 instore at HMV for ages. Also, used copies shouldn't cost more than £20 if it comes to that (unless something has drastically changed in the past whenever I last checked the high street).

I'm going to have to get it instore then probs. Everywhere I've looked it is either £50 from a marketplace seller or cheap and out of stock. I'm anal about my games so I want a new copy. :D

Search brick and mortar. The only people interested are Internet mouthbreathers, hence why it's out of stock and obscenely priced used. Should be able to pick it up cheap on the high street.

On a tangent - What is the definitive one by gaf standards, PS2 or Wii?

Yup, still part of the the 2 for £30 at HMV and some stores don't even gut the cases so you have a decent chance of finding a sealed copy. However you might have trouble finding a store that hasn't sold out at Christmas, my local HMV sold all 4 remaining copies of Okami.

If you have a good CRT TV or a HDTV that doesn't make PS2 games look like crap lying around, the PS2 version is superior.

Curry's have a good january clearance bucket in stores atm.

Picked up FFXIII and SFIV both new/sealed and for ps3 for £7.49 each.

Plenty other games.. All a tenner with 25% off on top so worth a look if you have one near you.

Any good DJ hero 2 deals going on? I just need the game. I found the first game with the turntable today for dirt cheap. :lol

Kotick am cry:

Toys R Us have the solus DJ Hero 2 for all platforms at £14.99 in-store.

This seems like what you are looking for Xater.

Anybody know where I can find the Persona remake for the PSP for a reasonable price? I know it wasn't exactly a wide release so the price might not be as low as I want, but from a quick look I still thought it was unreasonable.

I want to buy it before it becomes ridiculous to get, much the same with Persona 3 Portable over here in the UK, I don't even think it was properly released. Any good deals would be appreciated!

Persona 3 is going to be released over here this year so you might want to wait for that, as for Persona 1 I don't think you can get it without the soundtrack, so I think it holds its value, sorry.

Just saw the thread with that news, I might have to bite the bullet on both games, the collectors edition sounds very appealing :D

RDR has been £25 for a while in various places. Can you not use GAME? Its £25 for the 360 version and £27 for the PS3 version there

It was sub £20 a while back. £24.99 is the best now, at Gameplay
That was a one-day deal, right? That sub-20.

gameplay and game have exactly the same price with shipping. 2.95 is scandalous ;)

This was it...

...it sold out in a few hours as far as I remember

Also, it reminds me, the SimplyGames review is the best:

Could be a superstore / local thong only. I went to a smallish Currys near me and it was all full price..

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow (360) £8.98 PREOWNED @ GAME

I know you guys don't like preowned games but this is a wicked price.

So bought. Not a fan of pre-owned but for less than a tenner I think I can get over it :D

I got one (black) a few days ago for 99 euros in MediaMarkt here in Portugal :D

That's a good price. I actually went checking today as well and the cheapest price from the two MediaMarkt locations near me was 141,95€. Got DJ hero for 30 though, so it wasn't all bad.

Does anyone know if Bee.com is a reliable retailer? They offer free delivery to most European countries and they have Killzone 3 and LBP 2 for £29.99 so it seems too good to be true.

Some people on hotukdeals are saying they are indeed legit but I'm not very confident about ordering with them. (I also can't find a "What if my package gets lost?" FAQ/help)

So, EA Active 2 is 44% off at Amazon on all platforms. Does anyone know if it is a permanent price drop, or is it Amazon being desperate to get rid of them, and therefore the potential of even lower prices?

I bought a DS3 from them recently, had no issues with them.

Eh, it's still £45 and keeps going lower. Just wait.

PSP Go (White) - £125 @ Ebuyer (10 free games syill going til end of Jan)

Lumines works via homebrew too.... yay!

how do the free games work? I previously had a PSPgo and bought a bunch of games (and got some other ones free). So I don't really need the 10 free games. Do I just get a voucher code, and is it tied to a specific account/console? Wondering if I can let someone have it.
