is someone here familiar with the zavvi reshipping policy? I sent them an email after 1 month and a half that my order has been shipped and has not arrived...and they replied that they will send me a "self declaration form"...soooooo, I have to wait for this form to arrive and then do as they said?

Most places do this so they have written proof of a missing item, it's just a forum where you fill in your name, address and what the item was, when it was posted ect, standard stuff.

I had to fill one in for a monthly game rental place, turns out the postman decided to play the game without telling anyone but at least he posted it back 2 weeks later!

i'm definitely not. there's no "free super saver delivery" for switzerland. i know they've been offering free shipping for many european countries, but this is obviously not the same. however, i have no clue if this "ups saver" delivery is available to other countries as well.

Ouch, didn't know that FSSD wasn't available for switzerland.

Anyway, I was asking for clarification right because I wanted to understand if this change would affect my country (Italy) as well or not. I guess I'll have to try a non-free delivery than, and see what happens.

First, game is severely unoptimized, even tho it shares the same engine as Paradise which was a joy to look at and running at its best even on average rigs.
Performance is broken on many rigs (I have a quad i5 750, 4Gigs of ram, HD5850 1gig..) even now that they've fixed multi core crashes, frame rate is not stable in some areas at night and you get pretty havy dips when at some crossroads if you need to change direction or pan the camera, and this is criminal for a Criterion game.
AA native support is still broken (wtf, IQ looks worse at 1080p no AA than on PS3 at 720p with 2xMSAA+custom AA edge filter), some lighting effects still haven't been fixed with the new patch, as well as weather effects which sometimes fail to appear, but more than anything Autolog, the meat of the game, is a fucking joke on pc.
Even worse is that support and patching is everything but fast and we don't even know if they'll get behind fixing much ofmthe bugs at this point,
The point is that even buying it on console, with 30fps instead of 60fps, would piss me off now

Yeah they didn't just stop publishing codes, all of them are now invalid. If they're also gonna start canceling orders then that's pretty shoddy of them, but I don't expect they will. Managed to get 15-ish orders out of these codes, so I'm content.

My 360 is on it's way out and my copy of Reach is buggered so I thought I might try and get one of these if it's possible and it doesn't cost a crazy amount.

Gamestation Birmingham has a few behind the counter - mint condition. Call some of their larger stores and you may be in luck.

You can always sell the flaming helmet scratch code too to get a few pounds back - it went for £50 at it's peak, but I'm not sure these days.
