I had nothing but good experiences with them.
2.85GBP for standard shipping, >5GBP for tracking.
They're without a doubt the fastest store in terms of the actual shipping speed (they aren't lying about that, item is sent literally in around 5min after your payment is processed) and the actual UK->my doorstep (Croatia) time is the shortest. Sometimes I got the item that's sent on Monday on a Friday. That's pretty fast considering most delivers take 14-15 working days to reach me.
Oh, their record was Gears 3 LE. Sent on Saturday, got it on Tuesday. WROOOOM.

We should make a chart of some kind for the OP of this thread. Give each retailer a mark out of five, say, for quality of packaging, shipping speed and whatever else, for both local and international orders.
Then it'd be really easy for people to judge whether they want to order there without having to ask.

Yeah I just discovered it automatically switched my shipping method to tracked when creating my account at check-out.
Damn... Well it's already on it's way and it bought me some security, so I win't make a fuss.

Has anybody's Metal Gear Solid HD collection moved to being posted yet? It now says that it's sold out on the page but my order is still classed as 'Processing' which is standard for Zavvi. I really hope I've not missed out on this due to HUKD knobheads. -.-

I emailed Zavvi and they said there is something wrong at their warehouse and that they are investigating it.
Always a bad sign.
That's normal.
I had such case before, where I ordered another LE just in time. Got sold out. Got sent to me a few days later. "Sold out" means "we have every single copy given out to someone". It doesn't mean we can't deliver to buyers. At least that what it's supposed to mean.

How is Zavvi for pre-orders? I've never bought a pre-ordered game from Zavvi, just in-stock games, so I usually don't care if the games arrive in 2 days or in 2 weeks.
Are pre-orders subject to the same irregular deliveries? I want to get Atelier Meruru from them just because of the exclusive artbook they have.

don't get your hopes up. Zavvi is notorious for horrible shipping times, as if actually shipping the item to you once you paid for it (time from when you paid until that item got shipped to you).
Ordered from them often enough, its in awaiting dispatch mode right now, which usually meant its getting shipped soon.

I used them for Revelaitons as I desired the CPP bundle and they had the exclusive on that.
It arrived just as quickly as my normal Amazon free shipping pre-orders.
However I only have that one order to go from so I can't give you any sort of guarantee that this is the norm I am afraid.
