There are no codes. The whole first shipment of the game is the CE and comes with Ignition.

There are codes, GAME were giving them out. As far as I know they are the only UK place doing the pre-order codes though.

Ninja Kn1ght said:
Yeah, Ignition needs a code, or you can buy it on XBLA. Extraction comes with the game.

That one is only on the PS3 version though.

I preordered DS2 at shopto, the price difference (shipped to mainland Europe) to Game is almost exactly the price of Ignition, so it's not really worth it. Maybe I'll buy it separately, but I don't even know what kind of stuff you can unlock for DS2 and the game is supposed to be kinda shitty.

Tried to pop this onto Hotdeals UK but they wont allow it, so I am spreading the word manually.

Video Game Imports (UK Importer been going 20years!)
Have got Kinect + JPN Kinect Adventures (region free) for £69.99, these are stripped from JPN 360S Kinect Console Bundles, so they are getting sold as used but they will be new.
Great deal if you want Kinect that wee bit cheaper and own the Slim Console as it ships without AC adaptor for original 360 consoles.
They ship to europe too.

Limited Stocks.
On new arrivals, right hand side.

Can't find the stand-alone Kinect on that site. Does it mean that it is sold out?

Dunno if it's mentioned, I went back ten pages to check but gamestation has Metroid Other M for 9.99, picked that up and noticed that HMV has Bioshock 2 for the same price. Not bad!

Coolshop have the Ltd edition of Tactics Ogre up for pre-order for £25 (was 24 last night) as do HMV. Neither of them have the contents listed but I assume they are the same thing.

Has anyone had any problems with coolshop by the way?

With every PS3 copy, forever? Or do I have to preorder, or buy a certain edition?

It's like the Limited Edition of Medal of Honor or Dragon Age. It's the complete first shipment. At some point you might not get it with the game.

Not exactly an amazing deal but good for those who want points to buy two 1200 games exactly while saving a little money on spare points, there's some 1200 points (codblops themed) cards coming out and play.com has them for 8.99 each, two packs is 2400 but working it out by value, you would save about 21p if you paid the same price per point value for 2100 :P

Buying two lots of 1200 cards would keep your balance rounded off if you only wanted to buy live games, i'm bored :P

Bee.com for 36€

Don't ask me how the shop is though. I can tell you when Dead space 2 gets released, because I pre-ordered it there.
I don't know if this is normal for pre orders but the price for Killzone 3 just went up from 30 pounds to 37! What I want to say is that the 30 pounds for pre orders seem to be "limited"?

Zavvi "price crash" offers just went up, includes lost planet 2 all formats for a tenner.

BlazBlue: Continuum Shift 360 - £15.95 / LE £17.95
WRC £12.95 on 360 and ps3, the game is ok but if you dislike rally at all this is not for you, it could have done with a few more months dev time.

Amazon.co.uk has Lost Planet 2 for £10.49. No more Zavvi for me.

If you wait a few days Amazon UK will have the same prices and you'll get the game in a few days instead of 3-4 weeks. It's not worh it to save a few pennies and then wait a #$! month (just happened to me). Bad customerservice too. I bought a DVD a couple of days ago because it was ni stock. Thee days later and it still hasn't shipped. I just got a notice that they're waiting for stock from their suppliers but it's also impossible to cancel the order.

Shitty company with shitty service and the most godawful delivery times.

BTW Play has become better for me. I got Just Cause 2 and Fallout New Vegas within a week. I still remember sometimes waiting 2-3 weeks.

Got my Kinect today from that site - will definitely be using them again.

They even worked with me to choose an alternative delivery method so that I could get it faster.

For those that missed the for £50ish on Black Friday... there is another decent option (£20 of the usual best price I think).

Logitech Driving Force GT Official Race Wheel (PS3/PC) £81.69 @ Argos (Reserve/Collect only)

Although, apparently there is no stock right now, and you have to reserve.

Quote from HotUKDeals

Now these seem to be out of stock everywhere, but Argos seem to be getting a batch back in...

This WILL appear as out of stock on the site, but if you click "Reserve it now" you will be prompted to enter your postcode.

Enter your postcode and you should then get a screen saying "Store Pickup at *insert branch here* - Order into store to collect Tues 18th - Thur 20th January"

Now the dates i've got have varied by store, but they have all been from this Monday onwards. So, it seems that the warehouse have stock and will be shipping them out by demand.

Anyway, click "Buy or reserve" underneath, then on the next page you should see "Store pick-up - Can be reserved, subject to stock", click reserve under here (long winded, i know!)

Enter your postcode again(!!!), press enter, then on the next page you can select your store to pickup from. Enter your deals, click "Place reservation" and boom, its yours :)

I know its a tad long winded, but they are in stock anyway, even if that VAT increase has propped it up a little...

Hope this makes a few of you happy!

Guys, I have a lost order from The Hut from before Christmas.
I'm trying to send them a message through their website, but when I get to the point in which I should start writing the query, I can't, because all I see is a message from them saying that they a receiving a high volume of mails and that they are trying to reply them as quick as they can. But I can't send them my message!

Any idea on what could I do?

The game is Super Mario Galaxy 2, BTW. It's a good cause. :)

For anyone who has ordered from Zavvi around Christmas: Both Vanquish and Majin came in a cracked case, creating a hole at the bottom of it. Did this happen to you too or am I just unlucky?

And my order from Gameplay was despatched on the 5th and arrived today, so 12 days this time from UK to Austria.

Do Zavvi ship items in bubble envelopes? If so then it's just bad luck, I've had numerous PS3 and PS2 cases arrived with broken cases over the years and every one is a result of it getting broken in the post due to bubble envelopes not providing enough protection.

Your best bet is either to purchase PSN cards and rob their cases or buy a supply of spare cases from eBay, I've stockpiled tons over the years for every format due to the frequency in which mine turn up broken.

Zavvi ships in only a cardboard box.. a weak one at that xD But yeah, I can always swap it with other cases, thanks xD

My Dead Rising 2 arrived last week from Zavvi. Took them only about 2 months.

I hear nothing but bad things about them, Play, Amazon and HMV are the few sites I trust to deliver quickly.

Going by the zavvi 15% thread on CAG those 15% off codes posted somewhere above will be activated again this thursday, sounds like the promotion was delayed due to the code working on orders over £100 aka website problem.

Awesome, this means a lot of stuff will be at a nice price, best place for allards if you want to wait 2-4 weeks for delivery lol.
