Hmm, I think the only way they'd honour it is if we paid via Paypal which is instant payment. I'm not willing to take the risk of them still refunding it and me having to sit with ~£170 in my useless Paypal account though.

Just got a message from TheHut that my order was canceled because "due to a technical error, some products were shown on our site with the incorrect price." They did send me a £5.00 discount coupon so I did get a better good deal in the end. (And let's hope that this time it won't take 4 weeks to send me the game ...)

Cancelled my Zavvi preorder of Dead Space 2 because they decided that their estimated despatch date was going to be next week. Which isn't what I expect from a pre-order, frankly. This will be the first game in aeons I actually buy from a shop (as opposed to online).

I've finally given up with zavvi/thehut now, I found their service was fine before but after ordering two items both "in stock" to only have one delivered and the other still awaiting stock pick, while the game page says it's in stock is dumb, I know lots of you have had this problem and I had it once with thehut sending me my 2100 msp but they not fixed anything since that october november slowdown.

BTW it was crackdown 2 for £8.46 using a 15% code, think i'd prefer to pay a tenner elsewhere instead.
