Choices UK are selling of their stock of Haze on Play's PlayTrade store for £2.39. They sell as "TradeItHere" on there. They are selling as "Used" but that usually means no plastic wrap, but still unplayable according to previous listings.

For £2.39 you can't complain. Cheers Keyser.

I should buy it just for a piece of history gone wrong.

Pretty good bargain. I quite enjoyed Haze.

Microsoft Kinect with Adventures (360) £79.99 (with 20offgames-1 code) @ Tesco Entertainment
I ordered one of these last night. You can get 9% Quidco cashback too, taking it down to about 72/73 quid. I really don't think Tesco are going to honour this price though, but fingers crossed.

Easy trophies?
No trophies.

It's an ok game. Checkpoints are fucked up, hence I wouldn't recommend playing on difficulties above normal, but it controls well, and shooting bee people in the face is good fun.

Agree. It gets shat on a lot but it's a competent shooter. It keeps things simple and fun at all times so at that price it's worth the purchase IMO. I paid like 6 euros for it and got my money's worth. :P

AAAARGH. Tesco cancelled my order but have already processed the games I ordered along with the Kinect. Ergo, I now have some games coming, and nothing to bloody use them with. Anybody know my next-best option for picking up a Kinect (and assuming I don't want to pay £120)?

A wireless dongle, for the controller to work with the PS3. The turntable for DJ Hero 2 is the same as for the first game.
Oh, ok, so it takes up a USB port but it obviously comes with the game, right? Of course they should've gone bluetooth, isn't that how GH and RB instruments work on PS3 btw?
Well, I have a G27 in one USb input so I can still use the second one (Slim owner) for DJHero. Hopefully you don't have to reassign controller's prioritiy each time and it just take the turntable as #1 when you load up the game.

Sorry about that mate, Dixons online and Currys have it for £99.

Of course it comes with the game. The last GH game I played (GH3) also used a dongle.

Ok, so I (and many others I'm sure) got a £5 off code for GAME. It can be used on any of the games you see here (or 2100 point card): GAME Award shortlist

I'm letting one of you lovely folks get your hands on it so I don't use it myself, as I really need to cut down on buying games at the mo. I believe it can be used alongside reward points etc for extra savings. Just quote this here post and the code is hidden inside. Please state if you take the code so others know. Cheers.

Since I never received one of those codes I used it just now, thanks very much.

Lol, I'm such a noob even after 6 years on GAF, how do use the hide text feature so that lurkers are cut out?
Neat :)

You just use the email tag.

{email=CODE} {/email}

with [ ] instead of the { } obviously. I didn't know about it either till someone mentioned it in this (well the old version) thread last year.

Wait, when did Zavvi and thehut start offering free delivery? UK only or everywhere? Just temporary or definitive?

Just a warning.

Pixmania and Eidos.com (they've got an online store) got hacked, and passwords could get out in the open soon (info is being sold). If you've got an account, change your password immediately on both sites, and if any other online ID is the same it would be worth changing them too. The news is about 10 days old, I only noticed now

A few deals were posted on here for both sites I believe.

In the same carder.biz forum, the hacker calling himself “Provider” also is advertising data from other popular Web sites, ostensibly those that he or an associate hacked. For example, one post offers to “1,500,000 American usernames, passwords, emails and more” allegedly taken from the database of small business services provider diversitybusiness.com, for $1,500. In addition, this miscreant also is selling access to the customer database for online electronics store pixmania.com and computer game vendor eidos.com, for similar amounts. Neither diversitybusiness.com nor pixmania.com responded to requests for comment. The general counsel for eidos.com, a division of the Square Enix Group, said the company was investigating the claim but declined to comment further.

Zavvi redux.

I wrote about Zavvi not delivering my games (Vanquish and Castlevania) many times here last november or so. So I got the money back for both games last december but now I got charged for Castlevania again. Which I did not receive.
Im not sure if I want to start fighting again with them since I thought the case was closed... Glad that I haven't bought anything from them since. (and will not in the foreseeable future)

edit: also they've deleted my account but still send me spam for their offers... perfect

I don't buy from thehut group any more either, different reasons but that's some real shitty luck you have with them.

I ordered from Zavvi last week and they were quick on some of their deliveries. And no shipping at the moment to Sweden as well.
They have improved in my mind.

If anyone is in the market for a PS3, Amazon.co.uk are selling them for just £196

Sorry if it was already mentioned

Does anyone know if this comes with the British type F power plug, and if so, can I just use a converter to convert it to a type C/E plug for use in the Netherlands without any voltage/wattage/ampere problem?

Also, any good Killzone 3 PS3 bundle deals? Best I've found so far is €339, nothing on CAF.

Pretty sure it will come with a British power plug, yes.

But all you would need is a travel power plug, or you might even be able to get the plug part of a power cord from an electronics store and attach that to the power convertor if it's not fixed to it.

I own a Japanese PSP, and did the latter. Works perfectly. As long as the convertor supports 240V you're good.
