As well as the loading, FFV has a horrific translation. You know the person doing it didn't care when Wyvern is translated as Y-burn.
Not so much loading but the whole "the battle started 5 seconds ago, when will I be able to do something?" that most PS1-era RPGs suffer from. Plus they're crappy 50Hz versions which makes it slower still.

It certainly seems like prices are heading downwards, its currently £209 @ Smyths toy stores and Tesco Direct at moment.

They might have taken them away to re-price them. But anyway, those games are at that price just to clear the last copies from shelves/storage (plus Morrisons don't stock a huge amount of games anyway). Not worth a separate journey for anyway and typically, if its on hotukdeals you've probably had it for finding any. Especially when they're at silly price. Though you didn't have much chance due to staff getting them first (or at least trying).

It really is an extortionate price. Unfortunately they know the MGS fans will still buy it no matter the price. For a collectors edition done properly, konami really should look at the FFXIII-2 Crystal Edition.
Those cheeky bastards.
But if they still have stock so close to release, I guess it's possible that it'll fall in price a little. *fingers crossed*

I was so happy to have them all again and didn't even think that they'd be bordered.
Ah well, the 50hz actually doesn't bother me as that's how I originally played them plus it's worth the 'sacrifice' for getting all three for £12.

I just cancelled mine. It's not because I do not want it. I really, really want it but there are two things stopping me:
-I never ordered back from Zavvi, items arriving more than late or, never, was really bad, plus the box is too big so chances of the box not arriving at the condition I would like is a possibility.
-I need to save money. And the price really is high for what they are offering. =/

BALLS! Forgot to cancel my order for that MGS collection. What a fool I am. Oh well, at least I got it for £65 (used a code at the time) and they're including a copy of MGS4... but it's platinum (ugh). I'm annoyed they've got stock left though, it was supposed to like 8,000 copies for the PS3. If it sees a price drop I won't be happy.

The original LE that was a limited run was canned. The one they replaced it with has never been advertised as being so limited (and clearly isn't since it's still for sale, whilst the original one sold out in about a day). Not sure it'll last long enough to see a price drop, but I don't think it's going to be particularly rare either.

Yep, the preorder for the initial version was worth 400-500 pounds of ebay.co.uk. When the change was announced it became worth shit. Also canceld my preorder a few days ago...

I was all over the Catherine pillow case edition because of the claims made about how limited it would be, and how only enough copies to fulfill pre-orders would be made. Six months later, you can buy it without any issue for almost the same price online.

Just recieved my copy of Okamiden from eBay... is there a way to tell if its fake or not? The manual looks badly printed and I didn't get the black warning booklet, i got a US white one... the game seems legit though, it worked on my 3DS (latest firmware). The PCB has Nintendo markings, although that means nothing... :SSSSSSSSSSS
