Yep, a combination of Black Friday+Cyber Monday and December/Christmas approaching means some packages and letters will end up in basically limbo for few days, even few weeks in worst cases, meanwhile other packages move at a regular speed.

My FF XV just arrived today, luckily just before weekend. In general ordering from abroad isn't for the impatient but even then, it sucks when your game doesn't arrive within say the regular 4-6 working days.
 
Anyone get their TLG CE from Amazon in a sorry state? I.e. no shipping box, and shipping labels attached directly to the CE box?

So glad their customer service is rock solid, but I'm sad it came in such a state.

Friend of mine on another forum did, said it was practically in pieces on arrival. I'm sure Amazon will fix it (for both of you) but it's amazing it arrived like that to anyone. I'm lucky I went with GameStop (Ireland) for mine, I don't like giving them service but I wanted to get it in my hands on the day.

You've had confirmation of this above, but I'd just add that you can also get them to pay directly to a PayPal account, if that's at all appealing for you.
 
Does anyone know how long is the guarantee for the ps4 controller in europe? I bought it from amazon last July. How shkuld I proceed tk ask for a replacement / fix? My options button is getting stuck :(

AFAIK, it's one year. By "last July", do you mean 2015 or 2016? Either way, I'd suggest contacing Amazon in the first instance.

I assume that it's not a case of spillage or similar leading to the button sticking?

You could also consider opening up the controller and cleaning it yourself, which shouldn't be especially difficult - that may well help.

It's 2 years. You can contact Amazon, they will ask you to send it in.

Yup, can confirm it's 2 years. Had to send one of mine a few months back, the store sent it to Sony to fix, and called me a few days later saying they had a new one waiting for me.

Well, as it's a 2 year thing then I can just wait until next year to do so, I was afraid it could be a 6 month warrantly.

Another thing, I bought some earphones from Amazon, then on the next day I found a better deal and bought another earphone - but they couldnt cancel my first order. If I refuse to receive the order they will give all my money back? Because I tried the 'return' option and they want to charge me 3 euros, so maybe I should just refuse to receive the item?
 
I'm thinking about getting my cousin Zelda Legends and the Sonic game for his 2DS for Christmas but I've heard Legends runs like crap on it. Has someone played it on a 2DS? I mean, he's 7. I don't think he'd care too much anyway but still.

Can confirm Hyrule Warriors runs horribly at sub-20 on OG 3DS/2DS. Not recommended for non-New 3DS owners.

Minor obligatory note that buying into the Steam version of ARR locks you into needing Steam versions of Heavensward, Stormblood and etc. This is fine if you plan to stick with Steam for all of them but know that codes from anywhere else (direct from Square, boxed etc) will NOT work with the Steam version unless explicitly stated.
