I'm reading on Reddit that the offer might have run out in certain regions. If you're getting that, I'm assuming that's what it means. Have you tried both EU codes?

Also, I'd suggest to keep an eye on PayPal offers like this because it's possible that it will pop up for other EU countries.

Activated both the French and German ones just now!

The UK one wouldn't activate for me though, assuming because of currency. I live in Ireland, btw.

Edit: We'll see if the offer actually completes once I try and use it on Steam, the terms specify a French/German account.

Re-Edit: Added funds to my wallet through two separate transactions and both discounts worked individually.

Sony is doing a sale on PS4 Pro: if you buy one from an approved retailer and send back your used ps4 (they accept xbone and switch too) you'll receive 210€.
