Not to mention that it seems a bit stupid to compare the PS3 to eight-year old supercomputers. With how fast computing technology leap frogs, you may as well be comparing the Ford Focus with the Model A.

We get it. It's better. Until somebody gets their hands on the final build and puts it up on the rack and gets some benchmarks, we're really not going to know too much about the real power under the hood. Of course, seeing some game footage would help too.

I haven't. I have, however, decided to wait until there is a game I absolutely must have.

I was going to buy the 360 on launch, and I do have enough set aside to still do that, but what MS did pissed me off so much I have decided to wait and see.

The PS3 and Xbox 360 will no doubt have some incredible looking games but I think some people are buying way too much into the hype. In my book it all means squat until I get home and play those "Toy Story Graphics" on my tv (although we are much closer now). The people who made those comments (for PS2 and Xbox) should have been tarred and feathered twice over.

the first half is from a bbc article with no mention of toy story graphics. the 2nd half is a pretty horribly constructed sentence which was no where to be found in the previous article and google came up with nada, even with the corrected spelling error.
