Issue 2 has hit this morning along with periodic in-game dimensional invasions from a new enemy faction named the Rularuu.

Capes!
Permanent body efx!
2 new zones!
Power Respecification!
New enemy factions!
Badge scavenger hunting!
Awesome new chat and player search functions!
Missions have been ramped up and grant way more xp!
Paragon Dance Club can be reached from Independance Port, Steel Canyon and Talos Island!
Etc! Etc! Etc!

Go the the North edge of Valor Bridge in Independance Port. Its a short TF/trial.

Tought as hell so plan accordingly. You need at least 4 people to start it.
