Both mp3s in the playlist are 'Good Vibrations', the difference being that the first version is a post-CRACKCOCAINE version of Brian, recorded sometime this year during the final Smile sessions. the second is the pre- (or during if you want to nitpick) CRACKCOCAINE Brian Wilson backed up by the Beach Boys circa 1968 Smile sessions.

the album itself doesn't differ all that much to the litany of Smile knock-offs that were created by beach boy fanatics in recent years, the major difference being what is noted above. in effect, what was once slated to be the ultimate teenage symphony to God has been downgraded to merely 'great', which is a shame considering how amazing the album actually does sound if it weren't compared to the recordings that actually were completed way back when. :(

I'll be picking this up today. All things considered, it's a pretty decent reconstruction of the song. I think it's really cool that he did this.

cool, I went to see him playing the Smile album live a while ago (here is a crappy picture I took)

wow, I didn't know he was rerecording the whole thing in a studio. I thought the best that could be expected was a CD of one of the live performances or something.
