I hope this game turns out ok for the dino crisis bros but it looks terrible like their last game


I highly recommend this gem if you want horny survival horror from devs who are actually good
 
Was wondering why so many people on GAF had a game I wasn't even aware of, called Code Violet on their most anticipated list…

My gripe with this game is: you're deliberately going for Dino Crisis nostalgia and you went with Dino Crisis 3? Really?

Day one for me. Cant wait for the launch Jan 10. The game has beautiful graphics, beautiful protagonist and Dinosaurs which reminds me of Dino Crisis and Jurassic park, that is why I like it. This is like those B movies, example Eight legged freak or the Blob or Meg where regardless of the negative reviews, it is more enjoyable than those with good reviews.

Despite of the issues, like for example being Ps5 exclusive no PC port, and the principle of the developer against nude mods, the development team is still very based. I remember one of there comment in X that there are no woke pride agenda and twisted gender ideolgy crap in there game.

A good example to show how ridiculously childish video games can be. Lara Croft in the 90s proved that it is possible to create a sexy and cool female protagonist who appeals to both men and women, without turning her into a sex doll designed only for teenagers or dirty old men.

Let's see in which year we find the balance between being woke and ridiculous and humiliating sexualization.
 
i have suspicion, it seems like they want to ride the trend of:
- getting bullied by internet to raise fame (like bullied because sexiness and such)
- getting death threat so they could rise more fame (i see in other thread in NG)
- the gameplay is looking half baked in today standard, only cranking graphic

just my two cents,
tbh not worth my time
 
It's nice to see games being sexy again but that doesn't mean we should accept bad games. Based on their previous game (Quantum Error), I have little hope of this game being any good. These guys have a lot to prove.
 
Some of it looks half decent modern dino crisis esque. But the vast majority looks awful, what are these outfits lol. They know exactly what they're doing, they haven't quite executed it properly though.
 
I appreciate the dev checking for ceiling traps in the trailer, and I can appreciate some ace, but it needs to be attached to a good game like Stellar Blade.
 
The duality of PlayStation is puzzling.
Absolutely no titillation, or even beauty, is allowed in first-party titles, but they'll secure third-party exclusives that have barenaked TnA as their main asset with no remorse.

In this case there really is a ceiling trap, I saw some dino head come from the roof on the trailer 😂😂😂, also props to the marketing team you guys deserve a raise from all these engagement from the (possibly made up) 4D chess controversies
