Yeah. Marvel being stingy as fuck with the Marvel NOW! titles is hecka stupid so let's not encourage them when everyone knows that the real kick-off will be Young Avengers in January.

TAKE NOTE PUBLISHERS! No dust jacket and stitched binding. THIS IS HOW YOU DO HARD COVER EDITIONS, MORANS!

Dat TMNT annual better have all new content and an April fleshlight for that price

Don't want to know the secret of that ooze brah! D:

Drowning over here. Power outages prevented a night of drawing, I'm not a morning person so it's hard to get the juices flowing.

So I'm probably going to miss this deadline (my own damn fault), and they want the original illustrations tweaked to boot. Nice to not hear from them for several weeks on this matter. >:|

Have you lot seent he Avengers XXX parody? Old school Hawkeye outfit, Scarlet Witch... some nerds here are gonna be gooey.

EDIT: holy crap, black widow has an unzippable butt. And a hole in the armpit. I don't think that second one is intentional.

EDIT2: ahahahaha She Hulk. wtf!!

New AvX: Consequences shows just how much of a fucking disgrace it is that Kieron Gillen won't be around to write the X-Men forever. Or at least past this. Fuck Bendis.

Yeesh, I'd take new comics over that any day.

Imagine how Aquaman feels.

RID is very good. But MTMTE is one of the best comics being published today period.

Rafa I will give you such a deal on the first 3/4 issues of each series if you must.

TTOB is our own John Byrne.

Does that mean I get to retcon y'all muthaf*ckas?!

post the November ot when I get home.

Being super depressed at work feels bad man.

Damn, just finished Y: The Last Man, it was an amazing read. The last volume is full of
heartbreaks
. When
Beth revealed she was going to break up with Yorick, Allison passing before she could say goodbye, 355 revealing her name to Yorick off-page then dying, and when Yorick failing to put Ampersand down quickly.
I figured it would be
tragic
, but I didn't realize that I'd be so attached to the characters.

Any other recommendations to other great series, I guess similar to this one?

Wolverine and the Xmen 19 - amazing, as usual
Xmen Legacy 275 - good riddance. lol. what a terrible, terrible conclusion. Gage ruined this book.
AvX Consequences - great, but only 1 more issue until Gillen is forcibly removed from his greatest characters

I read that once-and I still can't read it again-it's heart wrenching... devastating. Even reading this is getting me worked up. The part that did it to me was with
Ampersand

OMG at Batman Lil Gotham

I came here to sing the praise of that comic.

BUY IT!
Just do it.

I swore I had the biggest smile on my face from beginning to end.
Such a fantastic little book

I hope they keep it up until next Halloween and then release a collection called The L'il Halloween

Speaking of indie comics, did anyone get Zaucer of Zilk last week? It slipped under my radar until I heard about it on iFanboy this week. Brendan McCarthy in full-on weirdovision and lurid colour. I won't pretend I understood all of it, but I did enjoy it nonetheless. McCarthy is an odd dude in that his aesthetic really hasn't changed since the early 90s. What was once futuristic and cool is now almost quaint and oddball. It's an interesting book if nothing else.

Also checked out last weeks Multiple Warheads too and it was really really good. Brandan Graham writes and draws this post apocalyptic road trip that comes across as a mix of Saga and Prophet with added cunnilingus. A very charming little comic stuffed to bursting point with neat little touches and ideas, much like Prophet. Really great art though, I love how cute the main character is.

I didn't care for the story at all, but I love McCarthy's art. I am still kicking myself for not getting Swimini Purpose.

So damn good to see Bradshaw back on WATX. So uh, the final pages
with the train/Frankenstein circus
is there some background story for that, or is that something Jason Aaron is concocting for this book?

Still not a fan of Allred, and the books odd starting point with a grieving father as team leader with a huge obvious grudge against Doom is gonna need sorting REAL quick, but at least the Richards siblings look like healthy kids again and not the world epidemic of downs syndrome Dragotta was depicting.

That part was the worst for me too, probably because it was the last of all the
tragedies
... I just kept reading that part over and over again, thinking I was being fooled, but nope.

+1 dude with mad love for Bergen St brooklyn whatsgoood.

fraction is picking up where hickman left off? i don't know if i'll read it... hickman's run was brilliant and i'd like to end it there.
