Yeah I purposefully untagged him but I think if they ever reprint the first volume of Old City Blues they'll probably do it in the manga TPB format like the second one, which I believe is the way he wanted it printed in originally. and dude, he was doing those sketches for $45, including shipping (from Greece!)
Key to this is "material from", which reads like a hatchet job they're charging the full price of a TPB

Oh man, that's awesome, I had no idea! That's unbelievable, shipping won't have been cheap. Manga sized vols seem like a great fit for that book, although Boom don't really seem to put out through Archaia these days. Basically Mouse Guard & Henson stuff. I can't wait to get more of those Prophet volumes, for all the collab going on he basically covers the bulk of those two volumes and imo all the best parts are his.

I haven't actually read any comics yet today, but I'm pretty excited to see Quentin Quire in Thor. That's a great cover.

Not a bad thing to me as that is one of my favorite runs.
That was basically him robbing her. He's a strange dude who just shot somebody and is holding a gun, asked her for a hundred bucks and when she said she'd have to work to get the rest he told her if she didn't honor their deal it won't go well for her. Would have been different if he asked for the money before saving her in the first place and didn't threaten her after.

How could it not? We see a big chunk of that team if not all of it stuck on the outside of the shield getting hammered by Chitauri in Secret Empire 0.

No it wouldn't. There's eleventy fucking billion books already, just stick it there. Uprising is mainly going to be a Champions story and you don't see it derailing Champions.
Ultimates² is doing something way good way beyond the little shitty nazi boring thing that I hate. Not every book has to be about your goddamn event. Fuck that noise.
It's weird how Ultimates is doing a one issue tie-in. I expect Ewing to end the run after Eternity War though. I'm curious to see what he does next besides Inhumans because Legacy creates a lot of possibilities.
What are you already planning on picking up?
I dunno. I feel half of the book will lose something.
Also, I expect people to be complaining that a white guy is writing about a black girl.

All Star Batman #9 didn't quite nail the landing for me. Probably my least favourite issue of Ends of the Earth but I still enjoyed it a lot more than the Two Face arc.
I haven't read Flash since #5 but I'm looking forward to the Button Part 2. How's it been recently? I was enjoying it, I just fell behind and never caught up.

Man I like where the story of Infamous Iron Man is heading with
but I still can't get over Doom adopting someone else's identity and costume(especially Tony's), and he just doesn't sound like Doom. It feels like this is some completely different character calling himself Doom.

Before on PC, it was anywhere from €7-20 depending on which bundles you went for. They did that infuriating thing where you have to buy their version of Itchy & Scratchy Fun Money if you want to make real money purchases so it was a little abstract. I got a 90% off coupon as a random drop and was able to buy almost the whole roster for €20 or so as the currency was already 50% off during a sale.
They do regular BOGOF sales on the PC version but the freebies you get are random. So if you buy say, Spider-Man, you also get a Random Hero Box that could be anyone. You could use spare tokens for heroes you have as upgrades for their Ultimate Power. There's also fairly regular freebies. I got Luke Cage, Doctor Strange and Iron Man for free last summer because of MCU promotions. Sadly these seem to be downgraded to just discounts these days.
You also get 400 Eternity Splinters as soon as you finish the tutorial level now (it used to be on your second login day) and you can buy almost any hero with that amount, or get two goes on the random hero boxes. I think only Spider-Man, Iron Man, Deadpool, Wolverine, Doctor Doom, Ghost Rider, Doctor Strange and Rogue are 600. The first four because the popularity tax, and the latter four because they have a lot more going on animation-wise than most of the others.
